Acceptable Use
Effective July 24, 2026Use SpeedLead responsibly
You may use the Speed Products for legitimate business prospecting, team management, public website research, and lawful content preparation. You may not use them to:
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or indiscriminate high-volume messages;
- ignore opt-outs, suppression lists, do-not-call rules, consent requirements, or provider policies;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, offer, message origin, subject line, or AI-generated content where disclosure is required;
- target minors or infer or use sensitive personal traits for discriminatory or exploitative outreach;
- submit content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted templates, impersonations, confidential data, or another person’s private information;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its datasets as a substitute directory;
- probe security, automate account creation, share authentication tokens, evade credit or sending limits, or interfere with the service;
- upload malware or use the service for fraud, discrimination, illegal activity, or decisions involving employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, criminal justice, or essential services.
- bypass access controls, scan private networks, overload a website, analyze a non-public system without permission, impersonate an audited business, or publish a generated concept as that business without authorization.
United States commercial email
Business-to-business commercial email is not automatically exempt from CAN-SPAM. When it applies, use accurate routing and sender information, a non-deceptive subject, a clear advertising disclosure, a valid physical postal address, and an obvious working opt-out. Keep the opt-out mechanism available for at least 30 days after sending and honor requests within 10 business days. Do not sell or transfer an address after an opt-out except to a provider helping you honor it.
Calls, texts, and international outreach
Lead availability is not consent to call, text, or email. Before outreach, determine which national, state, and local marketing, privacy, telemarketing, do-not-call, and electronic-message rules apply to the sender and recipient. Do not use an artificial voice, prerecorded call, autodialed marketing call, or marketing text unless you have the consent required for that specific communication. Honor a reasonable revocation of consent promptly. Worldwide search does not authorize worldwide outreach. Use reasonable volume and relevant targeting; connected mailbox and telecommunications providers may impose stricter rules.
Copyright and user content
You are responsible for content and instructions submitted through your account. SpeedLead responds to sufficiently detailed copyright reports, may remove material, and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. See the Copyright and Takedown Policy.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, block, preserve evidence of, or suspend activity that creates unusual complaint, bounce, infringement, security, or legal risk. Report abuse to support@speedlead.net.
