Copyright and Takedown Policy

Effective July 24, 2026

User responsibility

Users must have the rights needed to submit and use their templates, prompts, notes, attachments, campaign content, and other material. SpeedLead may remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe copyright and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Copyright complaints

A copyright owner or authorized agent may email support@speedlead.net. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material and its location in SpeedLead, provide the complaining party’s name and contact information, include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. SpeedLead may forward a notice, including supplied contact information, to the affected user.

Removal and counter-notices

When appropriate, SpeedLead will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to identified material and notify the affected user. A user who believes material was removed because of mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, providing the user’s name, address, and telephone number, consenting to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), agreeing to accept service of process, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and providing a physical or electronic signature. Where the statutory process applies, material may be restored after the required waiting period unless the original complainant reports filing a qualifying court action.

Repeat infringers

SpeedLead may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate users who repeatedly submit or use infringing material. We consider the number and credibility of notices, counter-notices, surrounding circumstances, and other reliable evidence. We also accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures when required by applicable law.
