Where SpeedLead may use AI

• optional lead enrichment, categorization, or relevance assistance;
• drafting or adapting email outreach that you request;
• interpreting instructions sent through a connected ChatGPT or compatible AI client;
• interpreting public website signals and preparing website concepts from a submitted business brief; and
• supporting abuse detection, quality review, or product reliability where appropriate.

Core business discovery can use non-AI sources such as Overture Maps or Google services. A lead appearing in SpeedLead does not mean an AI system independently verified every field.

What may be sent to an AI provider

When you invoke an AI feature, SpeedLead may send the provider your instruction and the minimum relevant business record, campaign settings, or draft context needed to answer it. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data into prompts or templates. Provider processing is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy commitments.

Limits of AI output

AI output may be wrong, outdated, incomplete, biased, repetitive, or too similar to existing material. It may invent a name, role, fact, citation, promise, design element, or legal conclusion. An audit score or generated concept is not a warranty, professional accessibility or security audit, or endorsement by the analyzed business. Review business identity, recipient, contact details, claims, pricing, tone, content rights, opt-out language, and applicable law before using, publishing, or sending output. AI output is not legal, financial, employment, health, or other professional advice.

Control and sending

You choose whether to use an AI-assisted draft. Connecting an AI client does not give it unlimited control of the account. Protected actions require an authenticated connection, use the account’s plan limits, and may require additional confirmation. SpeedLead requires a separate explicit confirmation before a connected AI client may queue an email campaign for delivery.

Important decisions

Do not use SpeedLead or its AI output to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, criminal justice, legal rights, or access to essential services. Do not infer or target sensitive personal characteristics.
